Fynbos doesn’t just survive fire. It needs it to bloom again. I believe every business carries that same seed.

• Ordinary: You do good work, and your regulars know it. New customers find you the old-school way: word of mouth, a sign out front, a number passed between friends.
• Fading: People now search online before they choose. If they can’t find you, they phone the competitor who shows up first, and you never knew they were looking.
• Fire: This is the turning point. You place an order, with nothing to pay upfront, I build your website, and the old way of being hard to find comes to an end.
• Roots: I set up your domain, hosting and SSL padlock, and business email if you add it. They are registered in your name, so you own them.
• Sprout: I build your website from scratch, around what makes your brand yours: your story, your colours, your voice. No templates, so it looks like you and nobody else.

Before I design anything, I get to know your business: your story, your customers and what you stand for. Then I build a website that looks and feels like you, and you pay only once you’ve seen it.

1. Say hello: Send me a WhatsApp or place an order in the store. There’s nothing to pay: it simply starts the conversation.
2. I design it around you: I sit down with you, in person or on a call, to learn your story, your customers and what sets you apart. I research your trade and gather your photos, colours and voice, then build your website from scratch around the look and feel of your business, refining it with you until it feels like yours.
3. Pay and go live: Happy with it? Only now do you pay. I register your domain, launch your website and set up your Google listing, so customers can find you from day one.
4. Keep growing: Google reviews keep coming in: I print and laminate a review QR code for your counter, for customers to scan, and each new review brings in the next customer.

Payment integration

Customers pay in your online store by card or EFT, or in instalments with pay later. Transaction fees go to the payment providers, not to me. Without it, orders still come to you free by WhatsApp or email, and you take payment your own way.

• All-in-one website: R1 815. Once-off. Everything in What you get.
• Free with your website: Your logo, and print to match. Designed to match your website and printed in George, so you look the same everywhere. Comes with every website.
• Managed service: R90 per year, per website. I host your website and keep it running, and once a year I review it with you and refresh its content and look, free. A yearly subscription that comes with every website, so there’s nothing to add.
• Payment integration: R990. Customers pay in your online store by card or Instant EFT, through PayFast or Yoco, or in four interest-free instalments with Payflex or PayJustNow, while you are paid in full upfront. Their transaction fees are paid to them, not to me. Without it, orders come to you free by WhatsApp or email.
• Pickup/Delivery integration: R990. Customers choose a Pargo or PAXI pickup point at checkout, and the delivery cost is added to their order.
• Custom integration: R990. Your website talks to another system you use: bookings, a CRM, accounting or any other documented API. More connections, or bigger projects, are quoted.
• Professional email: R290 per year, per mailbox. Extra, per mailbox. An address on your own domain, like you@yourbusiness.co.za, set up on your phone and computer. Priced at what the email provider charges; I’ll confirm it with you.
• Extras upkeep: R90 per year, per extra. I keep each extra connected and working as the services behind it change. A yearly subscription that comes with every extra, so there’s nothing to add.
• Domain. Per year, paid to the domain registrar, not to me. It depends on the ending you choose:
